OK You have a website – you have spent a lot of time and money building it – maybe you did a mail-shot telling your clients, you may have told your PR company to make a banner for outside your business, you may have signage on your vehicles or even an announcement in the Press, radio or TV. There were a fair few visitors in the beginning, but that’s dying off, and you’re not getting any new business, clients, customers or website sales.

What we will do:

KEYWORD RESEARCH

We will find the best keywords for you that will have the most viewers on the web looking for services you provide.

You may have the best site – with the best products on Earth, but if people are not searching with your used keywords, if you have them at all?, – they will have trouble finding – or will never find you at all. We will give you a report showing what people are searching for in relation to your site – and how many searches a day are made on those words.

For Example: An estate agent selling property in Normandy may have the keywords of "property in Normandy". This is typed into Google on average less than 10 times a day. Our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) system will tell us and you that a better alternative keyword/phrase would be "Houses for sale in Normandy" – this is searched in Google on average 2400 times a day. By optimising your site with researched keywords, you will increase the potential viewers of your site.

We will provide you with up to 30 of the main keywords and phrases to incorporate into your site.

We can discuss with you which ones would be best to use from that report for the targeted keywords – for the site titles & descriptions etc.

Once every month, we shall compare the effectiveness of those words/phrases that we have used with the latest data available to make sure that we are using the best words – as trends change – so will search patterns.

SEO & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

Before we incorporate the new keywords into your site – we shall produce a report showing all of the negative aspects of your site as far as search engines are concerned, along with suggestions for improvement – which we shall take into consideration when optimising. We can also compare your site to the best site in Google with your chosen keywords – or even your competitor down the road – showing where your site is more or less effective than theirs.

SITE MAP GENERATION & AUTOMATION

After you/us have optimised your site with the new keywords & phrases, we need to tell Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK etc that your content has changed, and what pages we want the search engines to come and look at. We will produce the initial sitemap, upload to our web server & the search engines, and add a link on your home page to the sitemap file. The next step is to produce an automatic update on a daily or weekly basis – which will automatically crawl through your site, re-save a new sitemap file and then upload a copy to the search engines again – so they know what pages exist, and what to index.

OTHER SEARCH ENGINE NOTIFICATION

Once all of the above has been done, we then notify approximately 400 search engines – your site is here – come and index us!

There are no guarantees for top listings – as the competition can be very fierce in some sectors for the top positions. Your site can take from 7 days to 12 weeks to get listed on the search engines.

RANKING REPORTS

So, your site is now optimised, sitemaps have been published – you need to know where your site sits in the ranking lists. You may have the best site in the world, but if your rankings are below the third page on the results of Google etc – chances are your potential visitors wont find you.

We can produce weekly reports for you (more frequent options available) – which can be emailed to you – either as HTML so you can see the content of the report immediately – or as an attached CSV file.

The rankings will be calculated on each of your keywords/phrases against Google, Yahoo & MSN and give you a report on each.

We will send you the results of positioning, within the top 50 places in the search engines for the first month, then within the top 30 thereon after – so you can see the effectiveness of the optimisation, and the site climbing up the ranks.

ONGOING MAINTENANCE

Each month, we shall recommend any keyword changes we see necessary, and if you wish, carry out those changes on your site – for the life of the contract.

CONTRACT TERMS

A contract will be produced which shall run for 12 months. Payment for the above services will be charged at £99 + VAT per month for 12 months, or £1100 + VAT as a fee for 12 months.
